Our virtual try-on service uses third-party AI technology to generate images showing how clothing items may look on you. Images are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers.

By using the virtual try-on feature, you acknowledge that your photos will be transmitted to our processing partner in accordance with their data handling practices. We have ensured that our partner does not retain user photos after processing is complete.
All content on the Double U platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of Double U or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Product images, brand logos, and related content belong to their respective brand owners. Such content is displayed on our platform with permission from participating brands.
You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process it through our AI system for the sole purpose of generating your try-on result.
Double U is a platform for virtual try-on and brand discovery. When you click to purchase a product, you will be redirected to the brand's own website or sales channel. Any purchase transactions are between you and the brand directly. We are not responsible for the products, pricing, shipping, or customer service provided by participating brands.
When you upload a photo to use the Virtual Try-On or Digital Wardrobe features, the image may contain your face. These images are used solely to generate virtual outfit previews requested by you.
We do not collect, analyze, or store biometric identifiers such as facial geometry, facial recognition data, or faceprints. We do not use face data for identification, authentication, profiling, or advertising purposes.
Uploaded images are securely transmitted using encrypted connections (SSL/TLS) to our third-party AI image processing provider, solely for generating virtual try-on results.
Uploaded images are only temporarily stored for processing and automatically deleted approximately one hour after upload, in accordance with our processing partner's data retention policy.
Therefore, we do not permanently store face data on our own servers.
